R Creative is intentionally lean, with a small core team and a vetted network of US-based contractors working within a proven process. Clients work with real people who know the project and stay accountable to the outcome. This is the same team R Creative uses internally for our own AI projects
Joshua Rystedt
CEO
Joshua founded R Creative in 2017 and leads the team behind R Creative AI. His service-first approach was shaped by his prior work in nonprofit and continues to guide how the company works: give clear direction, be transparent about the work, and stay focused on what helps the client succeed.
He is also the CEO and co-founder of Teak Talent, a precision IT staffing firm. Joshua lives in Atlanta with his wife and nine children.
